Print-on-Demand Products
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each item is made to order specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and uniqueness. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
Exceptions
We do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the defect or damage for verification.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the incorrect item.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us. We will verify the status of your order with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement for the above exceptions, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at kaleidoscopeartisan@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or replacement within 3 business days.
- Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items (if applicable) will be covered by us in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
